I am Vindhyasarumi, a certified lactation counselor from the beautiful city of Kozhikode, Kerala. With my two years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping mothers and families in their breastfeeding journey. Being a twin mother myself, I fully understand the unique challenges and joys of breastfeeding multiples.

In addition to my expertise in lactation counseling, I am also certified in the programming of infant and young child feeding from UNICEF, which keeps me updated with the latest research and best practices in this field.

My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemistry with five years of research experience, demonstrating my scientific mindset and analytical approach. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology, which further enhances my ability to provide holistic support to mothers and families.
