As a new mom I was struggling with breastfeeding.
I got Vindhya ma'am through Instagram, "yes_mama_can".
Its a really amazing page and it inspired me to contact ma'am.
She support me very much. She helped me to overcome all my issues in breastfeeding. Initially it was very painful, with her help, i started enjoying breastfeeding.
I am a working mother,she guide me in and out everything and now i feel relax and enjoyment in motherhood.

എനിക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കാനാവാത്ത ഒരു വ്യക്തിയാണ് Vindhya Mam.
കാരണം Delivery കഴിഞ്ഞ് Breast feed ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കാതിരുന്ന എനിക്ക് അത് സാധ്യമാക്കി തന്നത് Vindhya Mam തന്നെയാണ്.Sugar baby ആയതിനാലും എനിക്ക് പാൽ വരാൻ വൈകിയതിനാലും ആദ്യ ദിവസം മുതൽ കുഞ്ഞിന് formula Milk കൊടുത്തു. എന്നാൽ പിന്നീട് എനിക്ക് പാൽ വന്നിട്ടും കുഞ്ഞ് Breast Suck ചെയ്യാതെയായി. ഞങ്ങൾ എത്രശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടും കുഞ്ഞ് Breast suck ചെയ്യാതെ കരച്ചിലായി. അങ്ങനെ formula Milk ഉം pump ചെയ്ത Breast milk ഉം Spoon feed ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് Bottle feed ലേക്കും മാറി. അങ്ങനെ വല്ലാതെ വിഷമിച്ച ഒരവസ്ഥയിലാണ് google ൽ Vindhyamam ൻ്റെ Page കാണാനിടയായത്. Delivery കഴിഞ്ഞ് 52 th day യിലാണ് ഞാൻ Vindhya Mam നെ Contact െചയ്തത്. Mam എനിക്ക് വേണ്ട നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും ധൈര്യവും തന്നു. എനിക്ക് Breast feed ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും എന്ന ഉറപ്പും തന്നു തുടർന്നുള്ള Online consulting ലൂടെ Mam പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന tricks & tips follow ചെയ്തു. അങ്ങനെ ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളിൽ എൻ്റെ കുഞ്ഞ് Breast suck ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങി. പതിയെ പതിയെ formula കുറച്ചു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഞാനും ഒരു Breast feeding Mother ആയി.

I sought guidance from Vindhya Mam during my breastfeeding journey. Without her support, I might have resorted to formula feeding for my baby. I consulted Vindhya mam online because of latching issue at when my baby was three months old. We tried some positions for breast feeding and it only went well for one week. And by looking at some photos and videos of my baby, she said that baby might have tongue tie. She also sent many articles and videos regarding the same. She was very supportive and was available for any doubts always. Then she recommended me a pedodontist and I visited them. Came to know that Vindhya mam was correct, my baby had tongue tie. We did the laser surgery for the release of tongue tie a week after and throughout the journey Vindhya mam was always on my side supporting me emotionally. It’s been 25 days since the procedure and I can’t thank mam enough because my pain is almost gone now. If I haven’t met Vindhya mam, I am sure I will be still in pain feeding my baby. Thank you so much mam♥️.
And to those mothers who is suffering from pains like these.. please don’t step back. Consult a lactation consultant and do whats needed. For the betterment of you and your baby as well. My 8 month old baby had lactose intolerant for 2 weeks.The doctor prescribed meds and told me to stop breastfeeding my baby and reduce all dairy products from my and baby's diet.
I cut out all other products, but my baby and I weren't ready to stop breastfeeding at that point.
At that time I contacted vindhya ma'am.she heard all my problems very clearly and patiently and gave me the confidence to continue breastfeeding.For the next one  week I had gone through the via as she had told.She stood with me not only as a mentor but also as a good friend.Whenever I had called her to tell a problem she tried her best to gave me a solution.
Now my baby is free from lactose intolerance and completely free from formula.
